Xfinity Now internet modem setup

It turns out you need to call the prepaid department to set up the modem. You can't do it by yourself through the Xfinity app. I was a regular Xfinity internet customer, and I wasn't able to switch to the Xfinity Now internet in my account. I called Xfinity to make the switch, and they cancelled my regular internet plan and signed me up for the Xfinity Now plan, which is a prepaid plan. As long as they cancel your regular internet, I think you can choose to subscribe the Xfinity Now plan on your own on their website. With the Xfinity Now modem (made by ARRIS Group, Inc.), you can actually customize the WIFI network credentials. Access the modem control webpage by accessing 10.0.0.1, the username is "admin", and the initial password is "password". Then you will be asked to change the password. How to use of FX Income Worksheet from Interactive Brokers to file Canada individual tax return

I have been an Interactive Brokers (IB) client for more than a decade, but it was never clear to me how I should use FX Income Worksheet they issue for tax return in Canada. IB doesn't have an official guide on it. If you seach online, you will find all kind of discussions, but there isn't a firm conclusion that people can reach. Recently I did some research and finally figured out what is involved and what should be done when filing the tax return. 一加手机对谷歌服务很友好

 鄙人之前于2023年在中国大陆生活了八个月，为了生活方便，需要在大陆买一块本土产的安卓手机。但由于多年国外养成的生活习惯，离不开Google的服务。以前鄙人用大陆产的手机留下的经验，知道很多手机是默认没有谷歌服务的。因为谷歌被政府封锁，所以大部分网民实际用不到谷歌的服务，以至于所有的手机服务为了性能以及实用角度出发，删掉了谷歌的服务。而自己要是安装谷歌服务，那是挺麻烦的一件事情。而且这样安装的服务有时候不能用，或者经常有奇奇怪怪的问题。 鉴于此，我在买之前详细研究了哪些手机可以完美兼容谷歌服务。在网上花了很多时间研究，发现并不能得到确定的答案，因为网上这方面有用的信息太少了。在论坛上看到网友对一加（oneplus）手机的评价总体还不错。原因是它有出口的机型，特别在加拿大有售，所以这部分肯定要有谷歌服务，那么即使国内销售的机型，应该安装谷歌的服务也会容易些。另外，看到说刷国外版本的安卓也容易。当时2023国内在售的机型好像是没有完整不动换一个型号卖到国外的。后来就冒险买了Ace 2，做好了最差刷机的打算。 长话短说，最后发现一加手机不用刷机也可以很容易开启谷歌服务，并不需要额外安装。唯一需要的只是要科学上网。而且以后的手机更新，谷歌服务也不会被搞坏。 之前在Google Play上安装完Google Lens启动它的时候，会被告知“您需要更新Google应用才能使用Google智能镜头”，但点击“确定”后一加的软件商店会自动打开，而不是Google Play，这样导致找不到这个谷歌服务，所以最后Lens还是用不了。最近终于找到了解决方案，有两个： 1. 自己去Play上搜索Google，安装那个那个“G”的app。它实际就是Lens需要的。 2. 或者“设置” -〉“应用” -〉“应用管理”  -〉右上角三个竖点“显示系统应用” -〉找到“软件商店” -〉点击“默认打开” -〉关闭“打开支持的链接”。这样再重复之前的操作，就会跳转到Play了。这个参考了https://blog.csdn.net/qq_34605300/article/details/107402625。不得不说，之前我自己找过两次都没找到这个设置。 最后的结论就是一加手机对谷歌服务的支持真好真省心，目前还没发现有什么不方便的。希望...
